About the event
This premiere event, hosted by Red Scorpion LLC, is named METCON X. A ten exercise bodyweight competition. The events will take place primarily individually in a land 3 meters wide and 45 meter long. A participant will compete alongside 9 other competitors. The event will be scored by the fastest top 3 times, of male and female, in the competitive division. There are two divisions to participate in for Metcon X. The competitive division will include a personal judge to ensure the participants execute the exercise to the standard. The non-competitive division is designed for the individual who is looking to participate at their own pace. There will not be any judging in this division, but it is up to you count your repetitions honestly.
