About METCON X
METCON X OBJECTIVES
The objective of the METCON X event is to provide a platform to showcase physical fitness capabilities, foster camaraderie, and promote a healthy and active lifestyle. The event will be designed to challenge participants both physically and mentally.

Showcasing Athletic Excellence
By designing various competitive elements and recognizing top performers, the event can inspire participants to push their limits and achieve their personal best.

Promote Fitness
The METCON X aims to promote physical fitness and encourage participants to challenge themselves to reach their highest potential by engaging in military-inspired fitness tests.

Community Building
The event will aim to create a supportive and motivating environment where participants can interact, cheer each other on, and form lasting connections with like-minded individuals
Event Setup
Metcon X is comprised of 10 single phases. In each phase is an exercise that much be completed to standard before moving on to the next phase.
The majority of the competition will take place along a 45m lane. In this lane, 5 of the phases will require the athlete to travel down the 45m lane until the end and turn around to travel another 45m to the beginning of the lane, for a total of 90m. 4 of the 10 phases will take place at the beginning of the lane and 1 will take place along a designated running course.
